Andy is a Practice Leader with Right Management's Organisation Consulting group, focusing on the areas of "Attraction & Assessment".
Andy has comprehensive HR leadership experience across HR Operations, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Organisation Assessment, Organisation Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Diversity Management.

Prior to working for Right Management, Andy held a variety of Generalist HR & Talent Management Leadership roles at Director and Vice President level. His experience spans the Public and Private sectors including Travel & Leisure, UK National Health Service, Telecoms, Business Process Outsourcing and Technology. Responsibilities have spanned UK, Europe and Asia Pacific for both UK National and Global organizations.
Andy’s education and work experiences have afforded him the opportunity to live in several European locations and the Far East. Multi-national and cross-cultural exposure has enabled Andy to operate effectively across diverse environments.
Education and Training
Andy has a BSc in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is certified in a variety of individual and team assessment tools and is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and a member of the Association of Business Psychologist.
