RSVP Design Ltd are authors. designers and suppliers of creative and practical resources, activities and programmes used in accelerated and experiential learning. We are a design consultancy and a supplier of games, physical simulations & learning tools to training & development professionals; and often a partner to internal organisational change or learning and development departments. Our design services are typically retained for the design and/or delivery of behavioural change, soft skill development, leadership, conference engagement, team development and management development programmes for a wide range of public and private sector clients. Through the success of our own training delivery we have demonstrated a deep understanding of organisational behaviour and adult learning, alongside the creative flair to translate this theory into engaging and relevant accelerated & experiential learning activities. Although the current commercial entity was only formed in 2003, our aim is to commercialise the intellectual property personally developed by our core design team over the last 20 years; and to respond to new client design needs by creating bespoke experiential or accelerated learning tools. Since inception in August 2003 more than 70% of our revenue has been achieved from outside the UK. Our products have already been shipped to Belgium, China, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, UK, USA, Taiwan &Turkey.
